Water Diversion Measurement and Recording
All diverters of surface water in the State of California are required to prepare periodic Statements of Water Diversion and Use.  Since the enactment of several pieces of recent legislation, all diverters of surface water must measure and record diversions on a monthly basis to prepare these statements.  Kjeldsen, Sinnock and Neudeck, Inc. is currently involved in monitoring developments in application of this and prior applicable legislation, and has developed a relationship with equipment suppliers whose products are appropriate to measure and record diversions as the legislation currently requires.
