San Joaquin General Hospital Project Phases 1A and 1B

Phase 1A of the San Joaquin General Hospital Replacement Project provided for the design and construction of the civil site improvements required by the expansion of the San Joaquin General Hospital facilities. Phase 1A included the construction of storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, grading, parking facilities, heliport, and circulation roads. The Phase 1A project cost was approximately $4,500,000, of which approximately $4,000,000 were civil site improvements designed by KSN.

Phase 1B was the second phase of the expansion of the San Joaquin General Hospital and consisted of the design construction of a four-story, full service hospital facility with a gross floor area of approximately 250,000 square feet. The Phase 1B project included the construction of storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water services, grading, parking facilities, heliport, and circulation roads. The total Phase 1B project cost was approximately $60,000,000, of which approximately $2,000,000 were civil site improvements designed by KSN.
