The Benjamin Holt College Preparatory Academy project consisted of the design and construction of a new elementary school campus. Working closely with Aspire Public Schools and K2A Architecture + Interiors of San Francisco, Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc. prepared the improvement plans and specifications for the on-site improvements which included storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, miscellaneous site structures, parking areas, site access and concrete hardscape. KSN provided existing utilities research and field surveys for the preparation of design level topographic mapping of the project site and adjacent. Construction staking was also provided by KSN.
