Lower Walnut Creek Restoration Project

Lower Walnut Creek Restoration Project

KSN provided Construction Management Services for the Lower Walnut Creek Restoration Project. The project included construction of new tidal channels, grading of upland areas, endangered species and rare plant monitoring and protections and temporary access bridge construction. The project completed the rough grading for the Pacheco Marsh Public Access Project, planted the on-stie vegetation, and continues to monitor progress of plant establishment. KSN provided biddability & constructability review of the project plans and specifications prior to bidding, provided feedback regarding technical elements and feasibility of project design elements, assisted in the pre-bid meeting to help answer contractor questions, and provided on-site construction management services to ensure that the project is constructed to the requirements of the design documents. Shannon & Wilson provided Geotechnical Services.
