Verona Office Plaza

The Verona Office Plaza Project was a fast track, Class A office building project comprised of two, three story structures with a total of 70,000 square feet of office space.  This high visibility project site is located immediately west of and adjacent to Interstate 5 in North Stockton.  The civil improvements included grading, paving, drainage, fire water service, domestic water service, sanitary sewer, storm water interceptor, irrigation water service, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and miscellaneous site appurtenances.  Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc. provided all surveying, mapping, civil engineering and construction support for the project, including the preparation and processing of a Parcel Map and a Condominium Plan.  The project was completely designed and permitted, and construction commenced just six months after the initial design kick-off meeting with the design team.
