Victory Park Pond Rehabilitation

The City of Stockton’s Victory Park Ponds Improvement Project is located on a 22.5 acre site on Pershing Avenue in Stockton.  Improvements at the park included rehabilitation to the north and south ponds, including pond aerators, pond vegetation, pond edge wall, and pond overflow weir, storm drain treatment, rerouting of utilities, and miscellaneous landscaping features.  Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc. was the civil engineering sub-consultant on the Callander Associates Landscape Architecture, Inc. design team, and provided all surveying, mapping, and civil engineering for the project.  The scope of the civil site improvements included storm drain improvements, pond overflow weir, rerouting of utilities, and miscellaneous site appurtenances.
